Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return:

  • Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).


Exchanges:
